Marine Collagen - 8000 mg Plus

Collagen is a key structural protein in the body. It is the most abundant protein in connective tissue and is largely present in bones, muscles, joints, skin, and hair.
Glucosamine Sulphate - 1000 mg Plus

Glucosamine is a natural substance found in the body’s connective tissues. It is a key building block of structural molecules found in cartilage, which cushions joints. It provides elasticity, strength, and flexibility to joint tissue.
Chondroitin Sulphate - 200 mg Plus

Chondroitin is a substance that occurs naturally in the connective tissue of humans, especially in joint cartilage. It is one of the building blocks of cartilage and helps joints maintain fluid and flexibility.
Curcumin - 100mg Plus

Curcuminoids are a group of active substances found in the turmeric root, recognised for its deep yellow colour. Turmeric has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years, mainly as an anti-inflammatory. Here we pair it with Piperine, to support its absorption and utilisation.
Piperine - 2.5mg Plus

Piperine is a bioactive extract from black pepper, traditionally used in herbal medicine. It is added here to support the bioavailability of curcumin.
Vitamin C - 80mg Plus

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin and an important antioxidant. Our body does not store large quantities of Vitamin C, and we therefore depend on a regular intake from our diet or from supplements. Amongst other things, Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen in the body and hence why it is an important component of OOST.
Vitamin D - 15 µg Plus
