    Ingredients: Water, Hydrolysed FISH Collagen, Humectant (Glycerine), Glucosamine Sulphate (CRUSTACEAN), Mango Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavours, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Chondroitin Sulphate, Curcumin Powder, Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Black Pepper Extract, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). Allergy Advice: For allergens see ingredients in BOLD.

     Who should take OOST? Plus

    OOST has considerable benefits for  most healthy adults. However, it's always recommended to consult your doctor before starting any new dietary supplements, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are pregnant/lactating.

     Why is OOST a liquid? Plus

    In order to create the most convenient and easy to take supplement. OOST has been designed as a liquid, avoiding having to swallow multiple tablets or stirring a powder into water.  Liquid supplements are proven to give higher bioavailability and are absorbed easier by your body. 

     What allergens are in OOST? Plus

    OOST contains fish collagen that is made from the pangasius fish and glucosamine sulphate which is made from crustaceans. We would recommend that you do not take OOST joint Care if you have an allergy to fish or shellfish.

    Great product, being using Oost now for a month and have noticed a real difference with recovery not as sore after long runs.

    Hey there I have been taking Oost everyday for the past 3 weeks and I have notice a remarkable improvement in my skin. Whilst i have been taking collagen for over a year which helped my palmar plantar psoriasis, it was still on the palms of my hands and feet, I’m delighted to be able to say for the first time in 27 years my hands are completely smooth and my feet are also much much improved.
    I also no longer have any joint pain in my knuckles.
    Looking forward to continuing to take Oost to see what other benefits I notice in the next while.
